Adding tags to resources made quicker and easier

You can now tag your resources! Tags make it faster to filter and find what you're looking for. 🔎

Create, select, or edit tags directly within resource detail modals. Once you create a tag within any resource, it will automatically be added to the tags filter on your Resources page and be displayed on the dropdown menu. When selected, the results will be filtered down to resources with the selected tag.

If you create a new tag within a specific resource detail modal, you can also use the same tag for other resources as well by selecting it under Add Tag on those resources' detail modals.

Step 1. Open any resource's details.

Step 2. Click Add Tag from the right.

Step 3. Select/add/edit tags as you like.

Pricing Update - What Is Changing? 🚨

We've just made some changes to our pricing based on your needs. All current paying customers will remain on their own plans with no additional charges.

Here's what you can expect with this update:

Removal of the Standard Plan

We have removed the Standard Plan from our pricing tiers to provide full and even distribution of our full feature set for all customers. Current plans are Free, Professional, and Enterprise.

Startups can still contact us for a 50% off startup discount if they sign up for the yearly professional plan.

Resource count update

With this update, resource limits have decreased for free and professional plans. This is because, with tokenization, resource counts will now be calculated based on tokenization.

Current monthly resource quotas:

Free Plan: 3,000

Professional: 20,000

Tokenization

We know that certain resources like IAM managed policies or google drive documents can quickly consume resource limits. Therefore, based on tokenization, specific resource types will now be calculated as fewer than they actually are, ultimately reducing your overall resource count, so you will have more resource quota left.

See the multipliers per specified resource types:

ResourceType

Multiplier

aws_iam_managed_policy

0.1

aws_region

0.1

datadog_permission

0.1

flyio_region

0.1

gcp_iam_role

0.1

googledrive_document

0.05

Not all resource types are the same. So, for the displayed resources in the table above, we use different multipliers for fair pricing and more resource capacity on your side.

Extra resource quota for Professional plans

The professional plan offers a 20,000 resource quota but can be increased by paying an additional $89 for every 2,000 resources after exceeding the quota. This helps answer the question of what happens if I hit my quota. Do I have to move to the enterprise plan - the answer is no; you can continue by paying for extra resource usage.

How is the additional resource payment calculated?

We now use the metering method for fair pricing to calculate extra resources. That is, your monthly average will be calculated, and an additional charge of $89 will be added to your bill per 2,000 extra resources.

See the pricing documentation for more details.

We hope these updated plans will help you get the most out of Resmo. As always, if you have any questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. 💙
