Click on a rule to see its details. That's the rule detail page, and now it has a cleaner interface. 

We tidied up the rule detail pages and made the following capabilities available:

• 🔥 Search bar: Search across rule result fields like ID, owner, title, admins, etc. 
• 🔥 Tags and Fields filters: Filter the results based on specific tags and fields.

Tip: Click Show SQL to see the SQL query of the selected rule. You can change the query and run it. This will not affect the rule.
