Streamlined account and membership deletion
Formerly, account and membership deletion requests could only be made through live chat or email. Now the process is more straightforward. You can request deletion directly on Resmo. See the documentation for more details.
Account deletion
An account can be deleted by its owner from Settings>Account Information>Delete Account. The deletion process is carried through within a week. You can cancel the deletion request within that week from Account Information>Cancel Deletion Request.
Membership deletion
Users with membership deletion permissions can delete membership from Settings>Users>User Detail> Delete. It deletes all associated information, including API keys, for that user. The remaining resources are transferred to the owner user.
